My best friends just bought a mobile home and they had some trouble because of their bad credit history.  They called a few banks in their area, but they either got turned down or they were given a super high interest rate loan, which does not make sense to me....they don't have a lot of money so why charge them more than the people who do!

I helped them shop online and we finally found a few sites that not only approved them but gave them pretty darn good rates.  They even got cash back to help with closing costs.

I recommend getting free online quotes from as many services as you can, yes I know, you will get multiple emails and phone calls from brokers....just as the TV commercial says..."...when banks compete you win " and that is what happened.  I wish you the same success.  You might have to estimate the property values (it is your estimate by the way) so you will get a quote.....so if you are declined...try "tweaking" your answers.

Tip: Combining your auto, life, health and other insurance policies with the same carrier to get lower rates than if you had each policy listed with different agents. Ask your agent, but most carriers will give you a preferred discount if you transfer other policies to them.
